Service Advisor
Starting salary up to £30,000 depending on experience.
Additional Bonus Scheme to top up your earnings.
Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings 8:30am-12:30pm.

We are currently advertising on behalf of an Automotive franchised dealership who are recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Carlisle area.
Minimum Requirements:
1. A working experience within a Service Advisor role.
2. The ability to upsell on service work and service plans.
3. Customer Focused and an excellent communicator.
4. Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software.
Responsibilities:
1. Professionally communicate with customers about service and repair work required on their vehicle.
2. Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems.
3. Update Customers and Vehicle Records.
4. Prepare and complete Invoices.
5. Advise Customers on estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work due to be completed.
6. Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requires.
For your hard work, our client is offering a salary of up to £30,000 with OTE of circa £31,500.
