You will report to the CFO and take charge of the Financial & Regulatory Compliance for a large Group of companies, this will include ensuring they have appropriate financial reporting, Tax and Legal structures in place. Part of the role is ensuring there are appropriate financial control measures in place to control several legal accounting entities. This role is ideal for someone operating at Assistant Manager or Manager level within the accounting field or for someone who already has good experience in a Group Accounting or Group Finance role. You will need the ability to analyse the current Group structure, ensure that this is fit for the needs of the business and to bring new business acquisitions into the structure in line with company and group policy. Key Responsibility Areas Include Governance Ensuring the Group has an optimal organisational legal structure. Participate in the execution of Share Purchase Agreements and financial due diligence as required. Maintaining UK transfer pricing documentation and country by country reporting. Assist the Group team with information required in relation to Pillar 2 tax reporting. To be considered for this role you will have the following skills and experience: Be a CCAB professionally qualified Accountant holding an ICAS, ICAEW, ACCA or equivalent professional membership. Experience gained in a large-scale audit firm including one of the Big 4 or a mid-tier firm undertaking large and complex audits. You will either be moving on from one of these firms and currently operating in a managerial level role OR you will have Group Accounting or Group Compliance experience in industry.
