Our core business activities are teaching and learning, widening access to education, research and innovation and technology and knowledge transfer. - THE ROLE - The postholder will be a key member of the Ulster Universitys City Deals and Special Projects Office (CDSPO), which has overall responsibility for the delivery of a portfolio of capital projects across its Belfast, DerryLondonderry and Coleraine campuses. The main purpose of this role is to provide portfolio, programme and project support, with a focus on benefits management, to assist projects achieve and report on their targeted benefits outcomes. This will include the provision of reporting, advice and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders. - ABOUT YOU - 1. You will provide support to the CDSPO and to programmes, projects and work-streams, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. 2. You will lead programme and project workstreams and tasks of a scope commensurate with the role, with support and guidance from the Director of the CD&SPO and the Head of City Deals Financial Implementation. 3. You will implement the Benefits Management Framework (BMF). This includes the identification, tracking and reporting on the realisation of benefits during the project development and delivery phases, and transition into Business As Usual.
