Role Description
Part-time: 2-3 days a week
Hybrid: Some on-site, some work from home
Salary: Competitive, experience dependent
This is a part-time (2-3 days a week) hybrid role as a Personal Assistant to the Director at BNM Global Properties. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for executive administrative assistance, diary management, and providing general administrative support. While the role is located in Nottingham, some work from home is acceptable.
Overview of key tasks:
1. Email management
2. Diary Management
3. Accounts and bills management
4. Proposal drafting
5. Task management (following up with 3rd parties)
Qualifications
1. Experience in the property industry is a plus
2. Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
3. Experience in Diary Management and Administrative Assistance
4. Clerical Skills
5. Strong organizational and time management skills
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively
8. Proficiency in Google Workspace is ideal
9. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus but not required
