Health and Fitness Instructor - Average 24 Hours per week

We are seeking passionate and motivated people to support our communities to lead healthier and more active lives while directly addressing inequalities in the areas we serve. This post is primarily based to work at our Choose Fitness Balby venue.
The role will be diverse and challenging, making a significant difference to people and their long-term wellbeing. You will work with customers ranging from those with restricted mobility to those recovering post-operative, as well as the public who wish to continue their physical activity journey.
With strong social and community connections, this will be a rewarding role, building rapport and great working relationships.
The role: You will need to be a qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor. A qualification in Exercise Referral would be desirable; if you don't currently hold this, you will be required to achieve Exercise Referral qualified status through a structured training programme. Any additional formal qualifications would be advantageous, as would any wider social or health experience.

Hours: Average of 24 hours per week, with shift patterns working across days, evenings, and weekends.
This post is for a 3 Month Temporary Contract period.
Salary: £11.75 Per Hour (equivalent to £14,705 per annum)
