Global Opportunities - The chance to work at one of our many international restaurants, from Dubai to Miami Best in Class Pension - San Carlo at partnered with an industry-leading pension provider, ensuring your hard work today supports your tomorrow Key Responsibilities: Preparing and cooking food in their assigned section of the kitchen, such as grill, pasta, meat & fish, or pastry Ensuring that all food preparation and cooking is done in accordance with established recipes and quality standards Managing their section of the kitchen, including overseeing the work of any commis chefs or kitchen assistants Ensuring that their section of the kitchen is clean and organised, and that all equipment is properly maintained Collaborating with other kitchen staff and restaurant management to ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner Adhering to company food safety and allergens policy Maintaining accurate records of food inventory, preparation, and waste for their section of the kitchen Treat everyone with respect and remain calm at all times Required Qualifications & Experience: 2 year's experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised and capable of handling multiple tasks A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgement and minimal direction
