Entry Level Business Development Representative

Fastrics is looking for a Business Development Representative as an entry level position to join our growing organization. This full-time position is for individuals who enjoy a hands-on development role within Sales and Marketing to promote brand awareness & business development and generate sales & leads for prospective clients.
What you’ll do:
1. Attend technology conferences held about 2-3 times a year as needed.
2. Reach out to corporate level executives of the Fortune 2000 and set client appointments for our management team.
3. Maintain relationships with existing clients.
4. Assist with LinkedIn marketing, Google AdWords, and website development.
5. Help grow our company brand and sales.
What we’re looking for:
1. Bachelor's in Professional Sales, Marketing, or related field.
2. Ability to build rapport with clients.
3. Experience in speaking in person at company events or emailing in a professional setting.
4. Outgoing personality and highly motivated to grow our company’s sales and brand name.
5. Strong computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office applications.
6. High level of initiative, drive, or desire/openness to learn new skills and information.
7. Demonstrate ability to work with limited supervision while managing own workload.
Position Requirements:
1. Ability to work remotely, at a home-office with very limited travel.
2. Authorization to work in the U.S., without the requirement for an employment visa or sponsorship.
Position Remuneration:
1. Full-time salaried position with possible commission payouts.
2. Includes full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, disability).
