Are you an experienced design professional with a passion for construction?
Join our dynamic team as a Design Coordinator and play a key role in the delivery of high-quality construction projects. You will act as a bridge between the design team, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and seamless project execution.
Your main tasks:
* Manage and coordinate the design process across all phases of construction.
* Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure design integrity and quality are maintained.
* Oversee design deliverables, ensuring that they meet project specifications, deadlines, and budgets.
* Facilitate design meetings, review progress, and ensure that design information is communicated accurately.
* Resolve design-related issues and proactively manage potential risks.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to design progress.
* Manage Viewpoint and any trackers required.
* Ensure the consultant team have the relevant information the site in a timely manner.
* Assist the Design Manager / Senior Design Manager in managing the consultant information release schedule / programme through the project.
