The role
Senior Digital Marketing and Communications Executive
Salary: £49,400 - £52,000 Location: Farringdon Perm, Full-time
Reporting to the marketing manager, the Senior Digital Marketing and Communications executive will take responsibility for the creation and implementation of digital marketing strategies across the directorate, seeking to maximise digital performance and brand awareness in support of our development sales and marketing targets.
Your Key responsibilities:
* Digital Strategy Development
* Content Creation and Management
* Social Media Management
* Website Management
* Email Marketing
* Public Relations and Communications
* Analytics and Reporting
Required Skills/Knowledge:
* 3+ years' experience in marketing, with previous experience working with a New Homes Developer/Provider
* Good copywriting skills
* Strong understanding and experience of SEO, CMS, Google Analytics, social media, and content marketing.
* Experience of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
* A solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape
* Interest in/experience in the property market
* Experience of using CRM's
* Experience of marketing/public relations in a residential property environment
* Knowledge/Experience of digital marketing
* Experience of using Microsoft Office packages
Full clean driving license and use of a car.
