Job summary Are you an experienced administrator with excellent IT skills? Do you enjoy talking to and supporting people over the telephone? To be successful in this role you will need to be competent in the use of Word, Excel and other Microsoft packages, have a good telephone manner and great office management skills, demonstrate a team player mindset but also be able to work independently whilst showcasing initiative. The role will require you to accurately input data and maintain database information systems. This includes collating information from partner services and organisations. You will be the main point of contact for the administration of appointments within the 0-19 CYP Public Health Service for parent/carers and young people, in Oxfordshire. Main duties of the job As an Administrator (0-19 CYP Public Health Services) you will work as part of the Single Point of access (SPA). When appropriate hold a Chat Health Licence to provide administrative support to the practitioners working on the platform. You'll provide efficient administrative support to the 0-19 CYP Public Health Service for the children, young people, and families, supporting the implementation of the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme (HCP). Accurately inputting data and maintaining database information systems. Be the main point of contact for the administration of appointments within the 0-19 CYP Public Health Service for parents/carers and young people in Oxfordshire.
