We are seeking a skilled a Lead Maintenance Engineer to join a prestigious contract in Bishops Stortford. You will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, overseeing electrical systems, and supporting general building services.

Key Responsibilities:
10004; Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
10004; Respond to emergency callouts and troubleshoot faults
10004; Supervise and mentor a team of maintenance engineers and technicians.
10004; Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide technical guidance.
10004; Ensure all maintenance activities align with company standards and safety policies.
10004; Carry out electrical work, including lighting, wiring, testing, alarms, and BMS controls
10004; Support general building services, including drainage, tiling, and plumbing tasks
10004; Work with AHU, FCU, UPS, generators, and LV systems, diagnosing and resolving issues
10004; Manage BMS head:end controls and HVAC systems
10004; Maintain VAV and VRV systems
10004; Ensure water treatment procedures are completed
10004; Conduct ballast replacements, lamping, and PAT testing
Requirements:
; City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Qualification (or equivalent)
; Minimum of 3 years' experience in building services
; Strong technical knowledge and problem:solving skills
; Desire to learn, progress, and succeed in the role
