Job Description A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our established residential sales team in England, as our Residential Sales and Lettings Team Leader .Our Sales team plays a crucial role in ensuring that our portfolio clients, typically institutions, investment funds, high-net-worth individuals (HNWI) and other corporations, receive the high-quality service they deserve throughout their time with us. This is a Monday to Friday position – no weekends Role and responsibilities of a Residential Sales Portfolio Team Leader: Overseeing the Sales Team to ensure productivity, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Create, lead, and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service where colleagues support each other to achieve individual, team, and company goals. Managing the sales process from initial inquiry through to completion, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Overseeing training, development, coaching, and performance management of your team to get great results. Monitoring and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Working closely with the senior management team to ensure company objectives are achieved. Forging relationships with our branches Area Directors and Sales / Lettings Managers to ensure each portfolio has maximum exposure to our network. Working closely with our portfolio clients with frequent video call meetings and other reporting avenues as per SLA. What skills and experience are required of a Residential Sales Portfolio Team Leader? Experience in managing and leading people to achieve great results via performance management. Dynamic team player and motivational manager. Experience within the residential property industry is essential. Naturally resilient, driven, and customer-centric with a can-do attitude. Proven track record of delivering great customer service. An articulate communicator with the ability to create colleague and customer relationships. Ability to embrace change and grow with the business.
