We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join us as part of our team.
About the role
As a Senior Account Executive you will be responsible for bringing new revenue to the company by working with multiple sales channels. Your primary goal will be development of long-term trustful relationships with the clients, making sure they understand the value we can bring for their business, uncovering opportunities, presenting the proposals and winning the deals.
As a qualified expert You will be responsible for
Sales Planning and Execution:
* Analyze the market, identify high-potential segments and set them as targets to develop.
* Lead development of sales package, value messaging, sales collateral, and communication channels to approach prospective clients.
* Plan and supervise lead generation campaigns executed by Sales Development (SDR) team.
Pipeline Generation and Development:
* Using a variety of channels, generate leads in quality and quantity that is enough to ensure predictable revenue generation.
* Qualify leads to focus on those that have the most potential.
* Perform prospecting activities, making sure leads are moving through the pipeline stages towards successful closure, both personally and with the help of SDR team.
Opportunity Qualification and Processing:
* Get deep insight into the needs of prospective clients, identify and qualify potential opportunities.
* Together with Presales and Delivery teams perform discovery activities to properly formulate the challenges of the customer and generate potential solutions for them.
* Ensure high quality of commercial proposal, by bringing in insights from the client side, working with Presales team on contents of the proposal and ensuring viable and profitable commercial component of the proposal.
* Lead deal closure and contract signing.
Customer relationship management:
* Build and nurture close relationships with prospective and existing clients.
* Serve as an alternative point of contact for customer satisfaction management and escalations.
* Develop new connections within client organizations, find references and recommendations, maintain personal relationships with stakeholders even after they leave client companies.
Sales Reporting:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and other systems.
* Provide timely and accurate reporting of sales activities during regular reviews and on-demand.
We’re looking for you if you have
* At least 5 years of experience in international IT Services/Outsourcing sales, with focus on North America and/or Western Europe.
* Experience in Account Management in the service industry will be an advantage.
* Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), fluent English.
* Demonstrable understanding of the IT Outsourcing industry, its business models, sales cycle and markets.
* Demonstrable track-record of B2B software services sales to large technology companies.
* Proven ability to deal with executive-level prospects, and close the deals with large enterprises.
* Existing network of potential buyers matching our target criteria will be a big plus.
* Ability to grow, develop and maintain personal relationship with a network of potential buyers.
* Good understanding and experience of usage for modern B2B sales techniques: from lead generation to negotiation and post-sales account development.
* Experience with Banking & Financial Services, Telecom & Media or Technology markets will be a plus.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to take risks and operate in conditions of high uncertainty.
* Technical background and good understanding of the software product development process and life cycle will be a big plus.
