About the Role
To provide administrative support services to Customers from initial contact through to the end of the contract terms.
The following key responsibilities and duties will apply, depending on which Customer Services team you are working in.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
1. Collation and dispatch of correspondence
2. Open and distribute customer correspondence to Customer Services Administrators
3. Processing payment collection instructions
4. Liaising with customers for outstanding information or requirements
5. Setting up new, amend and cancel direct debits
6. Deal with batching cheque payments and reconciliation
7. Processing payments to the customer
8. Filing, scanning and destruction of paper records
Experience:
1. Good organisation skills

4. Reliable and enjoys working in a busy office and team environment
Hours of Work:
This will be a part-time role on a 6 month contract.
Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 13:00. 15 hours per week.
