The Role:
We're looking for a strategic and hands-on CRM Manager to own and evolve our lifecycle marketing on a 24 month FTC. You'll shape and deliver personalised campaigns that help our members build healthy habits and stick to them — ultimately improving lives.
This is a unique opportunity to join a purpose-driven, fast-paced team where CRM is at the heart of how we grow and support our audience. You'll collaborate across product, data, content and behavioural science to create timely, tailored journeys that drive retention, engagement and value.
What you'll do:
* Define and own the CRM strategy for H&B&Me to drive growth and engagement
* Plan, build and optimise campaigns across email, push, SMS and in-app messaging
* Create automated journeys using Klaviyo based on behaviour and lifecycle triggers
* Deliver personalised, data-driven communications through smart segmentation
* Run A/B tests and experiments to improve performance
* Track, report and optimise key CRM metrics and user journeys
* Collaborate with product and behavioural science teams to support habit formation
* Lead and develop a CRM Executive to support roadmap delivery
Location:
This role is based in London, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week.
The Person:
* Proven CRM or lifecycle marketing experience (ideally in wellness, apps or digital products)
* Hands-on with tools like Klaviyo and behavioural targeting strategies
* Confident in using data to inform decisions and drive results
* Experience working cross-functionally and mentoring others
* A passion for health, wellness and positive behaviour change
