An exciting opportunity for an individual wishing to progress in the field of care. No experience in care is required; however, a willingness to learn the sector is essential. This will include delivering care when required.
Responsibilities:
* Liaising with and providing administrative support to the Registered Manager.
* Providing first-class customer service at all times when representing Right at Home.
* Updating records of CareGivers.
* Maintaining accurate records on the system of all communications and making changes to CareGiver files.
* Ensuring outstanding compliance across the business for recruitment & retention and supporting the business in achieving an outstanding in CQC inspections.
* Recording all new CareGivers on the system as soon as they are received.
* Ensuring all computerized and manual records are up to date.
* Producing weekly updates (60-second updates) & monthly newsletters.
* CareGiver training administration, including booking courses and managing observations.
* Carrying out any ad hoc duties given by the Senior Management Team to suit the needs of the business.
Employment Type: Full-time or part-time, with potential for school hours.
Salary: £12.50 per hour
