Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain, repair, and install compressed air systems and related equipment.
2. Perform diagnostic tests to find and fix system issues, using standard tools and techniques.
3. Work alone at customer's sites (after training is completed); larger jobs will require multiple engineers.
4. Build trust with customers through clear communication and providing them solutions to their compressed air needs.
5. Log accurate job reports on a timely basis.
6. Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed.
Requirements:
1. Proven hands-on experience in a similar technical role with electrical and mechanical skills.
2. Experience in scheduled maintenance, diagnosing breakdowns, and making repairs.
3. Qualifications or training to back-up current experience.
4. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
5. Full UK driving licence.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Adaptable to ideas and change.
