About You
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team. Building and maintaining relationships with our customers, fostering trust and confidence, and developing partnerships is key. Our CRM system, C4C, will equip you with valuable customer insights and sales-related activity throughout the business.
You should be highly organised, capable of managing your workload and schedule with a keen eye for detail, and adept at analysing trends and opportunities.
About the Role
This role involves developing and maintaining account plans to unlock sales opportunities and identify growth areas within Bathroom Retail Showrooms and our Merchant Partners. You will adopt a “customer intimate” approach, becoming a product expert to offer solutions, training, and advice, ensuring Hansgrohe is always the supplier of choice.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing relationships through insight and consultation, informing customers of new products and promotions, and ensuring they have the latest information and marketing collateral.
2. Supporting campaigns and incentives while providing sales data and analytics to generate opportunities and leverage strengths, increasing customer engagement, and building strong account plans.
This role will be based in the Oxfordshire, Milton Keynes and surrounding area. All applicants must reside in this area.
