Our client, a well-established RBCA in the HTP sector, is currently seeking a Technical Manager or Director to head up the technical offices for two of their Southern locations. The successful candidate will support a team of up to 10 people and manage all technical issues and scenarios related to ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and managing technical teams across two Southern offices
* Overseeing all technical aspects of current projects

Job Requirements:
* Experience in the HTP sector with a focus on Building Control
* Strong technical skills and understanding of relevant regulations
* Class F and higher classification, along with Class 4 registration
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities
* Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to oversee multiple projects and meet deadlines
