Our client, a well-established RBCA in the HTP sector, is currently seeking a Technical Manager or Director to head up the technical offices for two of their Southern locations. The successful candidate will support a team of up to 10 people and manage all technical issues and scenarios related to ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities:
Leading and managing technical teams across two Southern offices
Overseeing all technical aspects of current projects
Providing expert guidance on Building Control and technical issues
Supporting and developing team members to achieve project goals
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery
Maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in all technical operations
Job Requirements:
Experience in the HTP sector with a focus on Building Control
Strong technical skills and understanding of relevant regulations
Class F and higher classification, along with Class 4 registration
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to oversee multiple projects and meet deadlines
