Role
Are you a dedicated and compassionate Primary Teacher ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children? We are seeking a KS2 Teacher to join a vibrant SEN school in Bromley, specialising in supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD).
In this fulfilling role, you will create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment, tailoring learning plans to meet the unique needs of your pupils. Your expertise will foster engagement, independence, and the development of essential social skills.

This vibrant SEN school caters to children aged 4-11 with severe learning difficulties. The school offers an array of unique indoor and outdoor enabling environments designed to maximise learning opportunities, meet pupils' specific needs, and promote independence and life skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver personalised educational programmes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists and educational psychologists.
- Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
- Work closely with parents and carers to ensure consistency in supporting student development.
- Lead and work alongside a supportive classroom team.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- In-depth understanding of ASD and SLD.
- Prior experience in a primary education setting (preferred).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
