The Role
A rare opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join our client, who provides data management services to the insurance sector. You will be part of a small team, handling customer enquiries by investigating and updating data.
Responsibilities include:
* Handling client enquiries via email and phone, resolving issues efficiently
* Updating detailed information, utilising spreadsheets, uploading data into a database, resolving data errors, and following compliance procedures
Requirements
Successful candidates will be positive, proactive, and enjoy problem-solving. Experience in motor insurance is beneficial but not necessary. Attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and a customer-focused attitude are essential. Suitable for those with experience as a helpdesk adviser, data administrator, or customer service representative.
