About Our Client
Page Personnel are currently working with a growing and leading provider of Medical Devices. Due to growth and new projects taking place within the team, our client is now looking for a temporary Accounts Assistant to join their well established Finance team. This would be an ideal role for a candidate looking for their next Finance position or a candidate with an interest in Finance looking to pursue a career within this field.
Job Description
Main Duties Include but are not limited to:
3. Processing invoices
4. Raising payments
5. Matching, batching, coding of invoices
6. Setting up suppliers
7. Reconciliations Data Entry
8. Assisting with the Preparation of payment runs
9. Assisting with generating monthly reports
The Successful Applicant
10. Will have held a similar role previously or be looking to start your career in Finance.
11. Will have a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
12. Will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
