Our client is seeking a motivated and dynamic B2B Trainee Field Sales Manager to join their sales team. This position is ideal for an experienced Sales Person looking to transition into Field Sales. The successful candidate will receive hands-on training, mentoring, and support to develop the skills necessary to become a successful Field Sales Manager.
Please note you must hold a full clean driving license for a minimum of 2 years. Midlands based with travel across the UK including overnight stays.
Duties for the B2B Trainee Field Sales Manager will include but not be limited to the following:
Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet company objectives.
Identify and engage potential clients through market research and outreach.
Surpass targets for new business acquisition.
Provide on-site support for all accounts within assigned regions.
Cultivate and expand relationships with new clients while recognising and qualifying opportunities for additional product sales.
Optimise sales potential with each customer by promoting the full range of services offered.
Establish a target list of customers and prospects for further development.
The ideal candidate for the B2B Trainee Field Sales Manager will have the following:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software (preferred).
