* Hold responsibility for the companies collections strategy, including improving processes & efficiencies when required;
* Data analysis to identify trends and issues, enabling proactive decision making;
* Daily management & development of a small credit control team;
* Support to ensure timely payments and bed debt exposure;
* Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth debts collection.
Suitable Candidate for the Credit Control Manager vacancy:
* The ideal candidate will have experience operating as a Credit Control Manager;
* B2C collections knowledge is beneficial;
* Previous team management experience is also required.
