Lloyd Recruitment Services are excited to be working with a fantastic company who are looking to hire a Business Development Representative to join their team.
Within this role, you will be generating leads, liaising with prospective clients and collaborating with the Account Managers to achieve sales targets.
Duties:
1. Identifying new business opportunities, using resources such as LinkedIn and other social media channels
2. Using CRM software and databases to effectively qualify leads
3. Generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, social media, and other communication channels
4. Develop and implement strategies to attract new business
5. Assess the viability and potential of leads by understanding their needs and budget
6. Schedule meetings or calls between potential clients and the sales team
7. Build and maintain relationships with prospects to nurture leads
8. Provide information and support to potential clients, addressing their enquiries and concerns
9. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
10. Working towards and exceeding assigned sales targets
11. Analysing your own performance through activity and metrics
