A well-established tech-based company is seeking a Sales Account manager to join their team. The Sales Account manager will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with customers, development of new customers, ensuring their requirements are met efficiently. As a sales administrator you will be responding to customers enquiries and quotations, maintaining databases and supporting Business development managers. Sales Account Manager responsibilities: Promote relevant products, solutions, and technologies to both existing and potential clients Deliver exceptional customer service and support Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various market sectors Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally Skills & experience required: Proven experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships Highly organised with excellent time management abilities Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen interest in technology and business development Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Knowledge of barcoding and labelling systems is advantageous but not essential Wild Recruitment Ltd T/A First Recruitment Services is acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy.
