This is an opportunity for internal secondment ringfenced for the Digital Access Management Team over the next 24 months (1 April 2025 to 31 March 2027). The post of Digital Access Project and Audit Lead will support the Head of Information Governance and Data Protection Officer and Digital Access Manager as we go through a period of significant transformation. A key feature of this job is the ability to work flexibly to support the customer requirements and the transformational and cultural change journey which is ongoing in the Trust in the decision to bring these functions together. Main duties of the job The main purpose of the post is to support the Head of Information Governance/Data Protection Officer and Digital Access Manager as directed and being the lead in the following areas: Be the project lead for new initiatives across Digital and within the IG strategy (i.e. single sign on / lead for Electronic Patient Record, NHS Mail etc and associated processes) attending all project boards and completed actions within agreed timescales as part of agree work packages. Audits for the Data Security and Protection Toolkit on each of the clinical systems, liaising with the Information Asset Owners and ensure that Team processes remain fit for purpose and streamlining the positions to the minimum. Administrative lead for all processes that the team undertakes (i.e. amending as a result of audits, incidents etc and ensure fit for purpose). Designated Registration Authority Manager for the Trust and contributing to the effective implementation of processes covering smartcards, access to IT system and ensuring access is aligned to employed role. Establish documentation sites for the team to use. Deputise for the Digital Access Manager in times of absence.
