We are looking for four dedicated Field Care Supervisors across Kent to join our dynamic team and support the growing demand for our specialised complex care services.

The salary is £31,500 per annum based on a 37.5-hour work week, with a company car provided and opportunities to work overtime to increase your earnings.

Your responsibilities will include inducting Care Assistants and Support Workers into their care packages, ensuring they possess the necessary clinical skills and receive relevant training to meet clients' needs.

The Role:
As a Field Care Supervisor, you'll work with the Nurse Manager who will support you to oversee the care of a small caseload of clients with diverse complex care needs, who require interventions like ventilation, gastrostomy, and bowel management.
You will work 37.5 hours per week, with a schedule that includes clinical shifts of varying lengths (including one full weekend every six weeks) and supervisory duties for the remaining hours, primarily Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required.
Ultimately, your role as a Field Care Supervisor aims to guarantee that clients receive exceptional service from a well-trained, enthusiastic, and compassionate team.
Person Specification
Experience
* Attend mandatory paid training, including achieving a QCF Level 3 within two years of employment.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working with people who have disabilities and complex health needs, for example, people with tracheostomies, ventilators (BiPAP/CPAP), gastrostomy tubes and bowel management care.
