Are you passionate about shaping the future of veterinary practice ownership? At Pets at Home, we’re looking for a Partnership Recruitment Specialist to drive growth in our network of over 400 independent vet practices.
About the Role
As a Partnership Recruitment Specialist, you’ll play a key role in attracting and nurturing future practice owners, ensuring a strong pipeline to support new openings and succession planning.
This role offers hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire (two days per week in the office). Some additional travel will be required.
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Leading practice owner recruitment, creating and implementing regional talent acquisition strategies
* Building relationships with potential practice owners, supporting them through discovery and assessment stages
* Collaborating with stakeholders to align recruitment with commercial goals, reducing vacancies and improving quality of hire
* Shaping resourcing plans using traditional, social and digital channels
* Managing the recruitment pipeline, driving best practices and values-based hiring across your region
About You
* Extensive in-house and/or agency recruitment experience, ideally in a multi-site environment
* Proven ability to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
* Experience in a direct resourcing model, with expertise in market mapping and headhunting
