Madisons Recruitment are looking for a Façade Site Manager on a permanent basis located in Buckinghamshire.
Purpose of the Role
Manage the Project process and installers to ensure that commercial projects are completed to an excellent level of customer service. To control customer debts and keep debtors list to an acceptable minimum.
Responsibilities
1. Manage teams of Installers and any other resources required for the effective and efficient running of the department. Manage self-employed contractual obligations and enforce and monitor KPI’s for all staff within the installation system.
2. Provide accurate, regular, and timely management information on customer records, completed installations and customer debtors.
3. Manage and arrange all relevant paperwork for each job, including but not limited to Works Programmes, Installation RAMS, and Installers wages.
4. Set communicated targets with the Installers and other members of the Commercial department to ensure smooth running of projects.
5. Communicate and update all customers throughout, particularly at the point of Installation until completion, and maintain excellent customer service.
6. Carry out any other duties that may be deemed necessary for the successful completion of the works by the company and/or the line manager.
7. Ensure that all customer contractual obligations are met.
8. Enforce and monitor all Health and Safety aspects on site and within the team, ensuring all relevant training is up to date for all Installation staff when required.
9. Deal with and resolve or delegate any on-site issues as they arise to ensure quick resolution.
10. Monitor and arrange relevant training to enable installers to carry out installation works.
11. Raise, monitor, action, and report on Non-conformances as necessary.
Requirements
1. CSCS card holder
2. SMSTS/SSSTS Qualified
3. Strong organisational and proactive working skills.
4. Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
5. A strong manager with excellent communication and influencing skills.
6. A strong customer focus both for internal and external customers.
7. A positive can-do attitude.
8. Intermediate experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
9. Contractual and Health and Safety knowledge.
