An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Division for a full-time Administrative Assistant within our Adult Community Mental Health Team in Tonna Hospital.
The post holder will be responsible for providing clerical and typing support to the team, inputting data for our outpatient clinics, typing clinic letters, and performing general administrative duties.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be liaising with a wide variety of personnel at all levels, both internal and external to the Health Board.
The ideal candidate will manage their workload, use their own initiative, and cope with tight and multiple deadlines in a constantly changing environment.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
