You will be required to handle customer inquiries and complaints, striving to enhance customer satisfaction. Monitor the facility cleanliness, maintenance, and equipment functionality, coordinating repairs and upkeep as needed. You may participate in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management to achieve financial goals. Moreover, you will focus on staff development, offering guidance, performance evaluations, and opportunities for growth.
