We’re currently working in partnership with a highly respected, family-owned construction contractor with an annual turnover of £20 million, who are looking for a Construction Planner to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the North West. You will initially be working on a multi-million-pound healthcare project, with a broader pipeline of exciting work ahead.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive project programmes
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Produce and present progress reports and forecasts for stakeholders
* Utilise planning software (MS Project) to manage timelines and resources
* Work closely with estimators to align time and cost planning
* Contribute to tender programmes and bid submissions
* Apply a sound understanding of the full construction process throughout
About You
* Previous experience in a planning role within the construction industry
* Strong working knowledge of planning software and construction methodology
* Microsoft Project experience
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
