Marketing Manager Bridgwater, Somerset £45,000 to £50,000 Bonus & Benefits This exciting, high growth leading self-storage operator are looking to hire an experienced, talented Marketing Manager, They offer secure, flexible, convenient storage options to individuals and businesses, helping them store their belongings and manage their space effectively. The company has experienced strong growth, opening 6 new sites since 2020 and developing a fully digitalized and remote onboarding process. Today they have 29 sites with more planned. Investment in tech means their operating model is unique in the UK market and allows for fast scalability and operational efficiencies as well as attractive customer proposition. The business was acquired in June 2023 with a strong focus on growth in the UK as well as having a strong presence across Europe now. I am looking to recruit a dynamic and highly skilled Marketing Manager with a strong focus on digital marketing, brand development, and data-driven decision-making. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition, improving website performance, and ensuring the successful marketing of our growing portfolio of sites. This is a hands-on role requiring expertise in PPC, SEO, conversion rate optimisation, and local marketing initiatives, along with the ability to manage and develop brand guidelines and support new site launches. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Digital Marketing and Website Management Brand Development and Guidelines Local Marketing and Site Support Social Media and Email Marketing Analytical Insights and Continuous Improvement Team Collaboration and Stakeholder Management Skills and Qualifications Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business, or related field. Proven experience in marketing / digital marketing, with an emphasis on PPC, SEO, and conversion rate optimisation. Expertise in managing website development and working with developers to enhance functionality and UX/UI. Knowledge of brand development and the ability to manage and enforce brand guidelines. Familiarity with local marketing strategies, signage design, and planning regulations. Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, AdWords, SEMrush, or similar). Strong ability to leverage customer feedback, social media analytics, and other data sources to inform marketing strategies. Demonstrated understanding of creating and managing content strategies to support digital marketing and SEO. Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
