Key Skills and Qualifications: Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with experience in an accountancy practice. Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting standards and tax regulations. Excellent client management and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and sustain relationships. Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
