We have a new position available for an Administrator based at our office in Kidderminster, this is a permanant position experince in a similar role would be an advantage this is a very busy fast paced role if you are looking for a challenge then this could be for you.
DUTIES
* Raising Purchase orders
* Raising tickets for PPM'S
* Chasing Paperwork
* Updating our in house dropbox system with correct paperwork
* Updating the tracker with dates
* Keep a track of up and coming services due
* Run a weekley call with the Compliance Managers
* Book in outstanding jobs with the Engineers
