Head of Digital Marketing Manager (D2C)

Salary: £75,000 + benefits
Position: Hybrid-based with 1/2 days working from home
You will be joining one of the UK’s fastest-growing direct-to-consumer brands, with an experienced founding team and a product you can truly be proud of. The team is on a mission and their culture and drive are infectious.
You’ll be joining a fully funded business now in its fourth year of operation, working in a brand new 25,000 sq. Ft HQ & production facilities that is targeting a £1 billion valuation within 5 years.
The role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work strategically in line with the business’ year-on-year growth and bold expansion plans over the next few years.
This is a newly created role that will initially manage 3 existing employees but it will have lots of scope and personal progression to build your team within the first 6-12 months.
You will utilise your creativity and work strategically, implementing your plan. You will focus on transitioning digital marketing from agency to in-house.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Proven experience in creating growth for direct-to-consumer brands
2. Own the performance of all digital channels (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content etc)
3. Implement digital strategies to acquire new customers
4. Test different CRM techniques to improve overall customer retention and LTV
5. Have a thorough and detailed grasp of KPI’s including subscription based KPI’s
6. Ability to communicate and lead a team of digital marketers
