We are seeking a dependable and detail-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Office Assistant. This position offers approx 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility based on business needs. Typical working hours are between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, with potential for additional hours as required.
Key Responsibilities:
*Answering phone calls and managing emails in a professional manner
*Processing and fulfilling customer orders efficiently
*Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring stock is well-organized
*Performing general administrative duties as needed
*Conducting quality checks on products to maintain high standards
*Ensuring the office is always clean, tidy and organised
*Booking Stock in and out
