Role Overview:
Project Manager
Purpose: Manage multiple projects within a programme or across multiple programmes, supporting high-value and high-risk projects, developing project documentation, and ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget. Promote continuous improvement, encourage innovation, and manage stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop project documentation such as Project Initiation Documents and Project Management Plans.
* Support senior officers and service leads to deliver projects successfully, ensuring stakeholder engagement and communication.
* Guide project teams, manage daily activities, and handle deadlines and pressures.
* Oversee project scope, budget, timeline, risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
