Position: Human Resources Manager Location: Chelsea Full-time- Monday to Friday Permanent Salary: £55,000 per year, Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations whilst maintaining the Hotel Brand in a traditional, unassuming, and appropriate manner The Hotel Brand is to be understood, projected, supported, and implemented throughout all operations Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions Coordinate employee onboarding and oversee performance management processes, providing guidance and support to managers and team members Resolve employee relations issues and mediate conflicts, promoting a fair and respectful work environment with the support of an external HR service provider Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge- approx 170 employees Stay updated on HR trends and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance the overall employee experience Requirements: Preferably a bachelor’s degree in human resources level 5 or above. A minimum of 10 years experience in the field of Human Resources with management experience. Proven experience as an HR professional, preferably in the hospitality industry Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to prioritise tasks and handle confidential information with discretion Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite If you are passionate about creating a positive work culture and have a keen eye for talent, I would love to hear from you
