This prestigious hotel, featuring a 2AA Rosette award-winning restaurant, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team.
The Executive Chef and team maintain strong relationships with local farmers and fishermen to ensure menus are fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced. The menu includes traditional favourites and contemporary dishes, reflecting the seasons.
Main Duties
1. Follow daily procedures and standards
2. Plan and manage the daily operations of kitchen sections
3. Communicate effectively with team members
4. Conduct quality checks on stock, produce, and dishes
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in a 1AA Rosette establishment
* Passion and creative flair in culinary arts
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to stay calm and focused during busy periods
* Experience leading a section and being a strong team player
* Innovative ideas and experience to bring to the team
