Senior Planners

They support clients across the Tourism & Leisure, Residential, Commercial, Agricultural, Country Estate, and Strategic Land Development sectors, helping them navigate complex planning systems to turn ambitious projects into reality.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing planning projects from initial concept to final approval.
* Securing and negotiating planning consents.
* Engaging directly with clients and stakeholders.
* Conducting detailed research and applying legal precedents.
* Supporting the wider team in delivering strategic planning solutions.
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of experience in planning, gained in either the public or private sector.
* Full MRTPI accreditation.
* A strong ability to manage projects independently and drive results.
* A proactive and strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

Requirements
A relevant degree in planning or a related field. Progress towards or completion of MRTPI accreditation. Experience in the public or private sector. A passion for planning, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality work.
