About the Role:
As a Buyers' Agent at Premium REA, you will leverage your industry expertise and network to navigate Melbourne’s competitive property market on behalf of our clients. Your role will be instrumental in understanding client goals, identifying high-potential properties, conducting thorough due diligence, and negotiating the best outcomes to secure ideal investments.
You won’t be working alone—a dedicated remote virtual assistant will support you, streamlining administrative tasks and on-the-ground property assessments, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service and results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Consultation & Advisory: Provide strategic advice to buyers, educating them on market conditions, property values, and investment potential.
* Needs Assessment: Understand client goals to create a tailored purchase brief.
* Property Sourcing: Research, shortlist, and secure on/off-market properties.
* Inspections & Evaluation: Conduct inspections and provide expert recommendations.
* Negotiation: Secure the best price and terms with selling agents.
* Transaction Oversight: Manage the process from offer to settlement.
* Relationship Building: Maintain strong connections with clients, agents, and industry partners.
* Market Insights: Stay updated on Melbourne’s property trends and opportunities.
Requirements:
* Agent’s Representative Certificate is a must
* Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Real Estate (Buyer/Seller Agent/Property Manager)
* Strong passion for architecture, design, and property fundamentals, with a keen eye for detail
* In-depth knowledge of the Melbourne residential property market
* Ability to work independently in a high-performance environment
* Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
