The team at MSH Healthcare support individuals to live their life to the full in the Cumbria and Lancashire area and due to continued expansion, we need a Rota Coordinator to join us!!
As aRota Coordinatorfor MSH Healthcare, you will play an integral part in managing the daily communications and scheduling across our 4 regions. We currently provide 3,000 hours of care per week with big growth and expansion plans.
Your main roles and responsibilities:
* To be accountable to the Management Team for the smooth running of day-to-day client and Care Assistant communication.
* To ensure the scheduling is carried out efficiently enabling the Care Assistants to spend the allocated care time with each client and to allow for travel time.
* Ensure any changes to client or Care Assistant needs and availability, is communicated to all relevant parties quickly and effectively. Ensure all changes are recorded in the appropriate places and put into place in a timely manner.
* Work closely with Management to highlight recruitment needs to allow for consistent and safe delivery of care.
* To allocate and process new packages during onboarding in a timely manner.
* Accurately monitor and record Care Assistant holidays, sicknesses, and absences.
* To produce consistent, fortnightly rosters and provide Care Assistants and clients with rotas in a timely manner.
* Problem-solving on a daily basis.
* To support and maintain a culture of performance, and excellence and to always represent the company in a professional manner.
Essential skills:

* Ability to work under pressure.
* Be self-motivated and proactive.
* A keen team player.
* At least one year’s experience as the Care/Rota Coordinator of a Domiciliary Care Agency.
* Experience within Domiciliary care or a similar setting would be desirable.

Schedule:
* Shift pattern between the hours 06:00 – 22:00.
* Approx 37.5 hours per week.
Location:
* Barrow in Furness LA14 2PE
* Re-location packages and support available for the right candidate.
