Wholesale Account Executive
Primary Purpose: This role will be responsible for supporting to maintain and develop the key account business across Coach Leather Goods (Men’s and Women’s) across all digital accounts in Europe, with a focus on the brand’s partnership with Zalando as our biggest account in the region.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to:
* In-depth trade analysis to identify opportunities on a weekly basis.
* Assist the Account Manager with day-to-day requests/needs of our major online accounts. Will occasionally support on other online accounts.
* Share updated ATS lists on a weekly basis across both brands, based on this work on swaps and re-orders to drive trade in season.
* Produce seasonal trade to highlight seasonal wins/challenges & opportunities, to be presented in monthly ST meetings & SRM (sales to be tracked weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly).
* Develop short terms seasonal plans to meet ST targets.
* Participate in regular trade calls, sharing agenda beforehand & raising queries or concerns where relevant.
* Weekly site canvassing to drive trade & in-season actions, reviewing competitors to identify best in class actions.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to follow end to end the order lifecycle: order upload, tracking inbound and outbound shipments ensuring the smooth shipment of the order book.
* With the support of the Account Manager to communicate with AR on payment issues, claims, queries.
* Coordinate seasonal market organization and meetings for account, including QBRs.
* Execute 4 markets a year across Women’s & Men’s Leather goods. Supporting Account Executive & Account Manager during appointments and in the lead up to market prep (linesheets, Go to Market deck, imagery, etc).
* Responsible for communicating clear deadlines to accounts, chasing client orders and processing in NuOrder (across both prebook and ATS).
* Support with Planning of quarterly and yearly sales forecast with Sales Manager (Long Range Planning and Annual Operating Plan).
* Own client database updating where required, updating cross-functional teams on organizational changes & ensuring the right contacts are being used across all teams.
* Manage regular communication with Customer Services team to ensure timely deliveries & flag any concerns ahead of time with Account Manager and Sales Manager where relevant.
* Ensure close communication with Marketing & PR teams on general marketing activations. Making sure the right product is delivered on time, available and ready for go-live at the relevant marketing times, as well as ensuring there is enough depth behind featured products.
* Work closely with Demand Planning & Ops on delivery dates into our DC, product delays, product information, etc.
