Experienced Teacher – Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT)
Location: Various schools across RCT
Pay: £166 per day
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

Are you a passionate and adaptable teacher looking to make a difference across schools in Rhondda Cynon Taf? We’re seeking a qualified, experienced teacher to support a range of schools throughout the RCT area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a flexible and committed educator who enjoys variety, thrives in different environments, and is confident working with pupils with a range of needs – including those with behavioural and SEN challenges.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Teaching across Key Stages (depending on your experience)
* Delivering high-quality, engaging lessons
* Providing support in both mainstream and specialist settings
* Managing behaviour effectively and building positive relationships with pupils
* Adapting quickly to different school settings and teams
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working across primary and/or secondary age groups
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Full UK driving licence and access to transport (essential)
* Confident working with children with additional needs and challenging behaviour

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
