From majestic Georgian Mansions and Tudor Manors to magnificent Castles, they are celebrated for their perfect locations and breathtaking settings. They are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Group HR Manager to join their team, ensuring a supportive and fulfilling work environment where employees can thrive. Role Overview: As the Group HR Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving employee experience across all six venues. You will develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals, fostering a positive, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture. You will oversee all aspects of HR, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations, while providing support to the payroll team. A balance of strategic thinking and day-to-day HR management is essential, with a particular focus on the hospitality and wedding industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute HR strategies that support the business objectives. Promote and maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Manage the full HR lifecycle from recruitment to employee relations and performance management. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all HR functions. Work closely with senior management and team leaders to drive employee engagement and retention. Support the payroll team with HR-related administrative tasks. Skills & Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager, ideally within hospitality, events, or service sectors. Strong experience in all areas of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Knowledge of Harri HR, payroll, and time & attendance systems would be advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. A strategic mindset, coupled with the ability to handle day-to-day HR activities efficiently. Experience managing HR across multiple sites or venues is a plus, especially within the hospitality or wedding industry. Whats on Offer: Competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000.
