A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Sales & Account Manager to join a successful software house that provides web and mobile asset management, task workflow, and inspection solutions. The successful Sales & Account Manager will work closely with the in-house development team, ensuring intelligent solutions are delivered effectively. They will be the vital link between the business and its users, providing passionate, energetic, and enthusiastic account management, sales, and training functions. As a Sales & Account Manager, your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Maintaining and building client relationships via Account Management programme
2. Supplying training to users to improve product usage and understanding
3. Negotiating with customers to renew their licences
4. Identifying and upselling areas for further product use
5. Identifying prospects, arranging demos, and following up on leads
6. Answering customer enquiries
7. Providing quotes and negotiating terms to generate sales
8. Delivering onsite/online product training sessions to improve product usage and understanding

Additional Information
Working hours: 8am-4pm, 1 hour for lunch. On-road working is required as the role demands (possible overnights), hours may vary due to the requirements of the role.
