Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Liaison. As a Liaison, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders. This position requires strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to analyze data to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing appropriate providers across a wide range of medical services
2. Ensuring all medical experts are suitably qualified and hold a license to practice
3. Reviewing gaps within the expert network and undertaking strategic recruitment
4. Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing medico-legal experts, ensuring their needs are met
6. Ensuring medical experts achieve the company’s expected service level requirements in terms of service and quality
7. Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for stakeholders retention and expansion
8. Provide regular reports on sales activities and client feedback

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
