Requirements:
- To join our Modern Engineering graduate programme, you will need to have achieved a degree in IT, computer science, or a technology-related subject by the time you join us. If you have a real passion for technology and a solid understanding of its applications, we will also consider a degree in maths, science, or engineering, or a Master's in related fields. Strong IT skills are essential, as is experience in designing, building, and developing applications or technology solutions, whether in personal, professional, or academic contexts. You must be able to code confidently in at least one major programming language and be eager to learn more. We are looking for individuals with a passion for growth and self-improvement, a curious mind, and a strong work ethic. You should be flexible, resilient, and able to work with ambiguity and constantly changing demands. As a dedicated teammate, you will need strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills, along with the confidence to present to various stakeholders.

- As a Modern Engineering Analyst, you will work across industries—from high tech to high fashion—helping clients reimagine a better future using the latest technologies in cloud, security, data, AI, digital, enterprise platforms, and intelligent automation. You will use current and emerging technologies to shape the future, creating and delivering custom-designed solutions while being involved in all phases of technology development projects, including design, build, test, and deployment. You will have the opportunity to switch between projects of varying durations across different industries, consistently applying your software engineering and computing skills to deliver innovative solutions.
